Sew House Studio products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners.
Processing and delivery estimates
Production and delivery times vary by product, destination, fulfillment facility, and shipping method. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the most current estimate for your order and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping destinations and rates
We primarily serve customers in the United States. Additional destinations may be available when they are offered at checkout. Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery windows are calculated for the products and destination in your cart and shown before payment.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email provided with your order after the package ships.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@sewhousestudio.com immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, changes may no longer be possible.
International orders
For destinations outside the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless checkout states otherwise.
Delays and lost packages
Carrier, weather, customs, peak-season, and other external delays can occur. If tracking shows an unusual delay or a package appears lost, contact us at support@sewhousestudio.com so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
