We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Sew House Studio.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for legitimate business reasons, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or fulfillment limitations.

Your order is not accepted until it has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed or authorized, as applicable.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Because our products are made to order and production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after production has started.

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sewhousestudio.com.

If we do not accept an order, or if we need to make a material change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for lawful purposes and are not intended for unlawful resale, export, or other prohibited activity.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed product prices may not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply.

Most products are made to order and require production before shipment. Processing times and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and, where available, during checkout.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

However, we will handle delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered orders in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

Title and risk of loss are determined in accordance with applicable law and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Sew House Studio is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Sew House Studio, operated by Studiohouse Commerce LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Sew House Studio.

To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for the products, fulfillment decisions, customer service, refunds, warranties, or other obligations arising from sales between you and Sew House Studio.

Nothing in this Section limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
