Made to order: most items require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Transit time varies by destination and carrier.
Print or order issue? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items. Made-to-order items are generally not returnable for change of mind or incorrect size/color, except where required by law.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Most Sew House Studio products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, email support@sewhousestudio.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
After review, eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Do not send the item back unless we specifically ask you to.
Order issues
If tracking shows an unusual delay or a package appears lost, contact us so we can review the shipment with the fulfillment provider or carrier. Replacement or refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and carrier or fulfillment review.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
